Nurturing parents and babies
through the power of gentle touch
Nurtured Moments offers infant massage classes that empower parents to connect with their baby through gentle touch, relaxation, and understanding.
Infant Massage
Learning infant massage is a fun and simple way to connect with your baby.
It’s a gentle, nurturing practice that offers a wide range of benefits for both babies and parents — building connection, confidence, and calm in those precious early months.
At Nurtured Moments, parents are guided to learn safe, effective massage techniques in a relaxed, supportive environment.
These sessions help you learn how to relieve your baby’s common discomforts like wind, colic, reflux, and teething pain, while promoting better sleep, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing.
Infant massage is a beautiful way to bond and nurture your baby through the power of touch.

My Story
Hi, I’m Kelly, founder of Nurtured Moments and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor through the Infant Massage Information Service (IMIS).
As a mother of two, with over 25 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education and as a Trainer and Assessor in the early childhood sector, I’ve spent my career supporting parents and children through care, learning, and connection.
My passion for postpartum care and the wellbeing of families inspired me to create Nurtured Moments — a place where parents can slow down, bond, and build confidence connecting with their baby.
